localai.io is a drop in REST API replacement for OpenAI.

@candrist I added provisional support for LocalAI; however, I haven't actually set it up myself. Would you mind testing it for me? Email me at djcopley@proton.me if you need any help. It will need to be configured to use the LocalAI backend.
