Our Windows SDK supports Playback features to manager the media content of aircraft's camera in the latest version. And we provide sample code of it. Can this sample code(https://github.com/dji-sdk/Windows-SDK/tree/master/Sample%20Code/DJISampleSources/Playback) help you?

I tried ,used DJIWindowsSDKSample，but it not work.in playback click "workMode"and turn green.next click"Reload" display "LaunchFileDataTask get files:System_ERROR,switch mode or try again"

I'm facing exactly the same error. Any suggestion on how to fix it?

I have a DJI Mavic 2

I had the same problem at first, but after I inserted an SD card into the drone the SYSTEM_ERROR went away. I am now getting a REQUEST_TIMEOUT error, but I suspect this is because of a slow SD card.

I'm using a Mavic 2 Zoom with version 0.3.2 of the SDK.
