Thank you for contacting DJI.
Unfortunately, the WSDK project has been suspended for a long time, it may contains some bugs. We suggest you use Mobile SDK, if you insist using Windows SDK, please check the following steps.
- You have to make sure you are using normal remote controller.
- You have to install drivers to let the PC recognises your remote controller.

Make sure you connects your remote controller to PC via a micro-USB cable.
