thanks for this great tool.
it was nice and easy for me to clone the repo and use easy_install to install vcprompt -- maybe the readme should mention this option.
I removed the references to easy_install a few days ago because I'm a terrible maintainer and never update the PyPi package :(

04850be adds manual setup.py instructions.
Once I start updating PyPi I'll add those instructions back again (it'll probably be the next tagged release).
