Block trying to set up a recording rule for a channel that is only available on legacy devices

Legacy devices can't be used to create recordings, but the addon won't stop the user from trying. If a channel only rule is created for a channel that only exists on legacy devices it should at a minimum create an error, but not allowing it would be better. If it can be blocked, also need to remove legacy-only channels from the timer rule pick lists. The user can select any channel they want in there right now.
Removing the channel from the picklist will require a proposed change to Kodi, as it will always show all non-hidden channels but I can at least remove the ability for "Record" and "Add timer" to work for EPG-based timers .. I think :)
Project is moving into maintenance mode only; no new features are planned.
