Re-examine and address the marking of questions, grademax etc.

Currently the details pages of students will generate a progress result "x of y" where Y is simply the addition of all the maximum marks for each question.

This is not connected to grademax.

Perhaps grademax should be set this way.

The implication then is what happens when a new question is added, the maximum on a question is changed etc. Sure grademax probably should change, but what implications does this have for already marked and released entries in the gradebook.

This is probably something that the forum module has had to deal with.
