Ability to manually edit feed url

Currently BIM auto-detects the feed and this typically works ok.

But there are some situations where it can auto detect the comments feed, rather than the posts and there is no real way to change it, accept to change the blog url and hope auto-detect picks it up.

Raises questions about deleting mirrored posts as well.
