GTK top bars are being cut off

wlroots version: HEAD (92dabc3)
libliftoff version: HEAD (58b8494)

Since updating my DWL version (commit), various GTK windows are having their top bars cut off.

They're only cut-off when the window is created, but once the window is moved, the top bar comes back.

Note: this does not occur on Hyprland on the same wlroots HEAD

I'm aware of this, I just haven't looked at it in detail.
