All for explosive warnings for bad packages, but definitely shouldn't break website every time a worker chain fails.

Instead,

1. make sure there's a package that starts with the letter Z
2. add alert for when packages are more than a day stale

This should satisfy worker out-of-date issues as well as failing gracefully
