errors in layout in the nunchuk throughhole version

Hi. I got a message saying that there is something wrong with the gerbers of the throughhole version.
I know why this has happened. After testing the prototype, I decided to change the footprints of Q1-Q4.
That resulted in some shorted traces. I ran the DRC, and no errors show up. That is a bug in kicad!
I will create a pull request with the fixes :)
