Add new files to excludes section of apache-rat-plugin

Describe the bug
With the apache-rat-plugin profile (rat-check) enabled, the build fails the check with several files without license.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Execute
mvn clean install -Prat-check - See error
Expected behavior
- Build should pass.
