Include both 32- and 64-bit libs in all package releases

Upstream DMD packages include both 32- and 64-bit libs. The snap package currently only includes libs for the host bitness.
Fixing this will presumably involve building and installing both 32- and 64-bit druntime and phobos. It might be possible to just include this as separate parts.
