"Pageant Agent start timed out"

Happened once or twice during KeePass/KeeAgent start, on a very busy system.

I'm not sure how to solve it, though (other than extending the timeout). I think it'd be possible to move the responsibility of waiting for the initialization from PageantAgent constructor to the caller, which could then do it asynchronously.

I don't remember it happening again. It's probably not worth it unless someone experiences the error regularly.
