I keep trying to download the file, I unzip it, and then nothing. I don't know what to do I have tried deleting it and redownloading several times. Every time I click on the application it shows that it is loading but nothing ever happens.

I remember having issues with it initially (a few years back) when I just saved it directly under C:.
I had to start it every time as admin.
Then I saved my Snip folder in its own place under D:\ and then the issues vanished

I'm having the issue as well. It just doesn't update. I've tried restarting spotify, snip and running it in admin mode. Nothing happens as snip.txt stays at 0kb. Any update?

Where did you store it?
As said above - directly under C: isn't a very good idea
