Cannot install vim or python-2x

I am having some issues installing vim and python-2x, despite having other packages installed.
I've had them installed earlier without problem, but it broke after one of the recent Unraid or NerdPack upgrades.
This is what I see in the Unraid UI (Please tell me if I can locate more logs somewhere).
Processing Packages...
docker-compose-1.23.2 package up to date, checksum ok.
perl-5.28.1 package up to date, checksum ok.
Installing python-2.7.15 package...
unrar-5.6.1 package up to date, checksum ok.
Installing vim-8.1.0727 package...
Cleaning up packages...
All packages processed...

Fixed it by uninstalling vim and python-2x packages and then installing again.
