Not Working on Microsoft Excel and Mouse Button Assignment

Love this app but found that it is not working with MS Excel. Tried all the activator keys but none works.
Also assigning command to one of my logitech mouse buttons also does not allow moving and resizing. Hoping someone could help me with both issues as this app really helps me in my work.
