Publish v1.0.0 to npm?

Latest version of node-apac on npm is v0.0.14. Can you publish the latest version?

The reason the latest version is not pushed is because it breaks backwards compatibility. More info here (#46). I plan to push a version that supports both the new error handling style and the old, which I have not yet had time to implement yet because I have been super busy, but I will try to get it done this weekend.

Hey, I'm so sorry for the delay guys. I've been really busy with school and work and I just completely forgot about pushing 1.0. It's now been published on npm. Again, sorry for the delay.
