Option to shade/color weekend days

Currently all the days except the current day are displayed with the same background color.

Could gsimplecal have an option to color the weekend days, both the date square background and the date text foreground, with a different color?

I'm not sure this is possible using GTK calendar widget, but I'll look into it.

I'm finally looking to do this myself, but in PyGTK.

Turns out you were right, the GTK Calendar widget has no such functionality. I'll close this.

Thanks anyway for the cool app, I use it all the time :)
