I get wrong "nonce" value when use deployed DAI token on Ropsten or Kovan - https://etherscan.io/address/0x6B175474E89094C44Da98b954EedeAC495271d0F
All is fine on Ethereum Mainnet

Fixed: that token is wrong. I deployed own DAI token and everything works.
FYI: be sure to use correct token on test networks.
