I have used your API for a QA system...
But the server isn't currently active and I am unable to host it in my Windows machine.

This error occurs...

when I try
conda env create -f environment.yml python=3.6

Hi, if you have problem with the installation, first check if your conda version is up-to-date. If it still doesn't work, try to install the packages using pip.

My conda version is upto date...
Is there any issue if I am running it in a Windows machine?
By the way when will the server be up?
Currently unable to access it...
