After "Open in window" Developer Tools panel has minimum height in new window.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open context menu on any link, choose option "Open in window".
What is the expected result?
New window is opened, Developer Tools are opened and panel has default height or user defined height.
What do you get instead?
New window is opened, Developer Tools are opened, but panel has minimum height in new window. However user can change height manually.

Currently I tend to consider it as Firefox bug. I would try to workaround it, but didn't find the way to change height of Developer Tools panel.

Issue fixed. Bug appears only if Developer Tools are opened on tab open event. To avoid this bug since version 2.0.0 Developer Tools will be opened on tab ready event. User can return old behavior using add-on preferences.
