Inkscape SVG conversion does not work with spaces in filename on some systems

If the svg file contains a space character, the Inkscape command fail on some systems, because the space character is interpreted as command parameter separator.

Would you mind testing the bugfix/pathnames branch? I don't have a MAC available :-)
