doesn't work in RB3.4.1 in Centos7

I am using rhythmbox 3.4.1 in centos7.

when I install the plugin, the terminal prints out the error message as below:

when I enable the plugin, it shows the error message:

already installed gettext, lxml and chardet, but still not work.
may I know how to fix this problem?
