how to set up rotation axis

Hello! Thanks a lot for the code, the algorithm indeed works very well.
The only thing which bothers me - is it possible to somehow manually set up the position of the rotation axis? For me it is really necessary as astra doesn't define it correctly for my data but I know the true value.
If not - is it possible to implement it in the code and how?
