Migrate to androidx

Current android support libraries are going to be deprecated and all new development for support library will occur in the AndroidX library. Are there any plans or active development in this direction?

I try to keep Anyplace app up-to date to be easier in development. Right now support library is fixed and I guess hard to change. If you want give it a try

I guess there are minor changes required in gradle files. Migration is handled by Android Studio. I'll give it a try
