How To set Path from blue dot as In mobile blue dot is not showing at current place.

I have uploaded floor map on web added POI and all connector line of path. Now in Android phone I downloaded the app I am able to see floor map and POI but blue dot is showing out of the map. How to use navigate option I am not being able to get. Do we need to do fingerprinting? If yes please tell how to do it. And please also tell how to correct the position of blue dot as it is showing outside of map. I tried to place map at almost exact position.
