Anyplace API HTTPs certificate Expired.

API link "https://ap.cs.ucy.ac.cy/developers/" HTTPs certificate is expired and so can call with http://ap.cs.ucy.ac.cy/developers/. but if we call from localhost, it is blocked by CROS policy. Do you have any idea?
