Error adding floor plans

Opened this issue · 6 comments

Since yesterday, when I try to add a new floor plan on Anyplace Architect, the floor plan can't be loaded. Architect shows "Successfully uploaded new floor plan." but even when I reload architect, the floor plan is not there.

Am I doing something wrong?

I was able to get the server response to the "uploadWithZoom" API from Chrome:

{message: "Cannot save floor plan on the server!", status_code: 400, status: "error"}

I'm having the same issue.
I cannot also view or having some troubles viewing the floor plans I uploaded before. I guess this might be a server side issue? @anyplaceucy

It's been 6 days since this thread was posted and I'm still having the same issue. Please help us. @anyplaceucy @Paschalis

In the mean time, have you successfully added a floor plan that loads up after uploading? Or have you found any work around on this problem? @Ruyven

Hello @Ruyven and @uncindoordev,

We are currently investigating the issue. We found the potential problem and we are working on fixing it. It will be fixed soon ( 1 day or so). Thank you for reporting the issue.

Thanks,
C.

@uncindoordev we had some networking issues that affected our distributed filesystem on some nodes, and the couchbase cluster.
We run some tests and it seems that the issue is now gone,
and we will run a few more tomorrow.

Can you please verify that the issue is now solved?

Cheers,
P

Greetings @Paschalis & @Costantinos ,
I have tried to upload a floor plan and see if it can be loaded up/viewed and... IT IS WORKING!!!
In short, yes, the issue seems to be now solved.

We really appreciate the transparency on your team plus the quick actions too!

Edit: Upon further observations, floor plan loads up perfectly line but takes time to load. I'm guessing this might be a server side?

Edit2: There is some "hiccups" when trying to load up the floor plan. It does really take some time when switching floor plans, like from 1 to 2 and vice versa. It would like long mins. or not even load the map at some point.
