Something went wrong at registration

Initially anyplace architect does not let us do anyplace register or google login and we get the following message: "Something went wrong at registration". I checked the mongo base and it seems to run normally on port 27017 but it seems to be empty without tables / collections maybe this is the fault.Any ideas how to solve this problem?
