Build issue with VERSION

Hi
Following yesterday's PR I noticed a change regarding the version information in the dmtx.h file and my small project cannot build anymore.
Is there a way to define the "VERSION" value? I can't seem to find a way to do so without modifying the sources

Do you use cmake (and not autotools)?
