Add short user-agent attribute to logging

For monitoring purposes it is desired to group users based on short version of user-agent, e.g. dasgoclient vs pycurl ones. As such, it is desired to add it to logging of APS server which is used by other services (dbs2go). This will allow to propagate it to CERN MONIT as separate attribute in addition to user_agent.
