add PUT /_status for 1-shot status update for multiple hosts/services

Hi, is this request completed?
I was looking for a means to get the dump of status of ALL hosts and services (monitors) in a give hostgroup. Is this possible currently? I checked the API documentation but couldn't find such API call. Kindly help.
