Randomize conversations or notification content

• Either:
  • randomly choose a Dialog to begin with Chubbyy today
  • just have a bunch of notification content to choose from
• The old way of showing notification content inside of an alert view should be replaced with the new conversation view
• The times that notifications are sent should be more random
