[Issue] NBT-API spammed in chat even

Hello there,

After I installed the 2.2.0c update, I started getting spammed with this message both in chat and in console:

[14:17:35 INFO]: [IllegalStack] -NBT-Api was not found on your server and is needed for RemoveCustomAttributes since it is enabled! Please download and install it from: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/nbt-api.7939/

RemoveCustomAttributes is definitely set to false on my server, so I really don't know what could be causing this. I've already reloaded istack mutliple times.

Known issue, it’s a problem on my end. Will be fixed this evening. You could revert back a version to stop it or enabling the RemoveCustomAttributes feature should stop it as well
