Based on our simulation stuff, we should have stuff that is configurable to run batch things for our simulations:
- team preference factor
- salary cap
- max individual contract size
- % of teams willing to go over cap
- [ ] % of teams willing to tank - % of teams that give longer contracts (ex: some give equally 2,3,4, others give equally 3,4,5)
