Add information about new docatl commands to documentation

There are new docatl commands:

  • rename
  • hide
  • show
  • update-index

These alternatives to the curl commands should be included in the documentation.
Also insert documentation about rename, is still missing

Do after:

  • docatl has had a new release with PRs 17, 18 and 20 merged.
  • PRs #312, #320 and #321 are merged
