There is no docker image for Version 2.x for the Arm32v7 architecture that is used on the Raspberry PI 4. The latest tag on this architecture installs influx version 1.8.4 and does not have the influxd upgrade command. The latest version possible via Docker on this platform is version 1.8.10 with no option to upgrade.
