Find out old version again?

Hello, I recreated my container without thinking and pulled the last image.
Now I have the situation that the container starts, but I can no longer access the Nextcloud installation via the web interface. Only then did I read:
"It is only possible to upgrade one major version at a time. For example, if you want to upgrade from version 14 to 16, you will have to upgrade from version 14 to 15, then from 15 to 16."

And smart as I was, I deleted the old image before testing Nextcloud.

I guess my problem there.
Since I used docker pull nextcloud:latest I don't know which version I used before either.

Can someone help me to find out my old data version? Or how can I update my data to the current version?
