DocPad v6.82 breaks Node v6 due to promptly v3 not supporting Node v6

Will need to swap promptly out for something else. Perhaps inquirer.

Will swap it out for https://github.com/SBoudrias/Inquirer.js which we already use in boundation, and it works well
