New release. Remove module-deps-sortable which made breaking changes in minor release.

Hi,
I get errors from module-deps-sortable, which I can see was removed from the main branch a while ago #1429.
I would really appreciate if a new release could be cut to make this latest work available - because I'm limited to 13.0.2 for now. That version is the last release before introducing module-deps-sortable in 13.1.0.

This is fixed in 14.0.0-alpha.0
