Feature request: `--watch` option for CLI

Hey, thank you for this project!
It would be nice if the CLI supported a --watch option that would monitor input files and automatically generate output files. I know there are separate packages for this, but every other build tool in my toolchain supports --watch so it would be nice if this did too. 😄
