Error when running the model

Hello. I followed the instruction to install dependencies. But when I run command
./train_dqn.sh
./train_ddpg.sh
It had an error like this. I do not know how to fix it. Thanks

tensorflow==1.14.0

I can not run the model in Win but it run well in Ubuntu.
I do not know the the reason
