"Unreviewed submissions" should not include submissions from finished evaluations

For one of my courses, we only do manual evaluation of one exercise in a series. In the overview page of Dodona, this results in strange behavior:

The panel shows 439 unreviewed submissions, while the only evaluation that is uncompleted only has 59 unreviewed submissions. I think this number ins including the unreviewed submissions of other, completed (and released) evaluations.

Expected behavior:
The "unreviewed submissions" only include the number of unreviewed submissions in the evaluations that are currently unfinished.

Actual behavior:
This number is way higher and probably includes unreviewed submissions from finished and released evaluations.
