macOS Monterey Compatibility Issue

When I install macOS Monterey, ptpwebcam plugin stop working for my USB Camera (UVC webcam). My cam listed on menubar pop-up but all options that I used earlier are disabled.
I was using ptpwebcam for change exposure and backlight settings. I can't control these settings anymore.
When I look at logs, I see these two log excessively
OOPS, could not open control interface because 0xE00002C5!
could not access USB plugin interface for device 0x80200000
USB Camera already in UVC list, not adding
I've tried to grant camera access to ptpwebcam in case of permission issue, but I couldn't find/add ptpwebcam on/to list of Camera Permission on System Preferences.
