Make the default template translatable & simplified Chinese translation for blogtng

Now the words in "default" tpl is hard-coded, which is inconvenient for translation. I think it will be better if the language of the "default" tpl can change according to the language setting.

And I made a simplified Chinese translation for blogtng. I don't know how to submit this, so paste the download url here.
