Complete Locations form

Add the remaining form fields to the Locations form.
The missing fields are:
- City
- Location
- Parameter
- has_geo
- Coordinates
- Radius
I should think of binding the coordinates field to a map pointer.

Added has_geo to Latest and Measurements as well.
Now Latest and Locations form look exactly the same...
