nginx example non-functional

The nginx example doesn't really make any sense, it doesn't reference the webdav-js project at all and makes references to non-existent files in both the readme and config files themselves. It seems the author uses some kind of custom fancyindex setup, so I'm not sure why it would be included in this repo.
