Allow quizzes.json files to be loaded from external web site.

Currently quizzes.json, which populates the Quizly dropdown menu, is loaded
from the quizzly folder on the server. Add a feature that allows the user to
override that quizzes folder with one on another server or uploads the Json
text interactively.
