Flash tab on update

Scenario: We're in the Tasks tab and click a navigation link, e.g. a timestamp. This updates the canvas in the Timelines tab, but this update is invisible to us, because we're not on that tab. To tell the user that their click did in fact do something, we should flash the Timelines tab.
