Undefined variables and missing "then" in hyperion-config-switch.daemon.sh

In hyperion-config.switch.daemon.sh, the variables off_duration and on_duration are not defined. In line 124, the if command misses the then keyword.

Don't know how these persisted but still worked on my setup. Have made changes which should now work. Thanks.

Confirmed errors in main code, now resolved.
